Meet Dr. Lindsay Sheets

Born in Maryland, Dr. Lindsey Sheets moved to Georgia when she was just nine days old. Growing up in Georgia sparked her passion for dentistry, a career path she was drawn to from an early age.

Dr. Sheets graduated with honors from Georgia College and State University, earning a degree in mathematics with a minor in chemistry. Continuing her education, she returned to the Augusta area, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from The Dental College of Georgia.

Dr. Sheets finds fulfillment by connecting with her patients while enhancing their health and quality of life. Before joining the Insight Dental team, she practiced in Dallas. Now, she brings her expertise to Marietta, the city she proudly calls home.

During her undergraduate studies at Georgia College, Dr. Sheets met her husband, Danny. Together, they share their home with two dogs: Barkley, a Golden Retriever/Lab mix, and Sony, an Australian Shepherd. When not caring for patients, she enjoys family time, socializing with friends, cheering for UGA, traveling, cooking, and playing tennis.
